FREE PRACTICES: MIXED CONDITIONS AT MISANO, ALDEGUER P10 NAVARRO P18<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Uncertain weather and mixed track conditions characterized the first day of free practices of the Gran Premio del Made in Italy e dell\u2019Emilia Romagna, scheduled for this Sunday at the Misano World Circuit \u201cMarco Simoncelli\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Navarro and Aldeguer faced the FP1 in the morning in the wet ending the session respectively in p16 and p17 both with good sensations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was a more complicated session in the afternoon when the riders returned to the garage midway through the session to replace the rain ones with the slicks because the track was slowly drying. First chrono for Navarro in the wet but he cannot find the same feeling in the second half of the session with the track partly dry and partly wet.\u00a0<\/strong>Jorge on his last lap, his fastest, was forced to turn off the gas due to the yellow flag.\u00a0<\/strong>P18 at the end of the day for squad nine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Very positive start for Ferm\u00edn who proved to be able to ride his Boscoscuro bike well in all conditions.\u00a0<\/strong>Good in the wet, very well on an almost dry track where on the last lap of FP2 he set his best time in 1\u201942.693, earning the tenth position.<\/strong><\/p>\n

JORGE NAVARRO #9: 18th<\/sup>\u00a0in 1\u201943.679<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cA strange day for the conditions. I felt very good in the wet this morning, even if the driving conditions were not easy. During the session I made a nice save avoiding the crash, but causing a slight ankle sprain thus slowing down the progression in the morning FP. In FP2 very well in the wet, we were in first position before putting on the slicks because the track was drying, but then with the track half dry and half wet I didn\u2019t immediately find a good feeling. On the penultimate lap I went off the line risking a lot and on the last lap there was the yellow flag that forced me to turn off the gas. Tomorrow will be a new day, we will do our best to get a good qualifying!\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n
