POSITIVE FIRST DAY AT THE MUGELLO INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT. VIETTI IN P2 AND L\u00d3PEZ IN P8<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Beta Tools SpeedRS Team kicked off the Italian weekend at the renowned Mugello International Circuit with a very promising Friday. Under the Tuscan sun, the team\u2019s two riders showed strong pace right from the first sessions: Vietti ended the day in P2, while L\u00f3pez secured P8. Both riders will go directly into tomorrow\u2019s Q2.<\/span><\/p>\n

Celestino confirmed the positive feeling already shown during last week\u2019s test, demonstrating great competitiveness starting from FP1, which he finished with the third fastest time of 1\u201950.677. In the afternoon, the Italian rider improved further, setting an excellent 1\u201950.288 to claim second place for the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was also significant progress for Alonso. After a morning session compromised by the cancellation of his best lap (1\u201951.035), which saw him finish P19 with a time of 1\u201951.705, rider #21 responded with determination during the Practice session. With a lap time of 1\u201950.645, L\u00f3pez claimed the eighth spot on today\u2019s timesheet.<\/span><\/p>\n

CELESTINO VIETTI #13: 2nd in 1\u201950.288<\/b>
\n<\/b>\u201c<\/span>I’m satisfied with the practice sessions. After the Barcelona test, we managed to set up a bike that’s easier to ride and allows me to be more consistent in different conditions. My riding style also helped us find a direction that suits me. Overall, it was a good Friday: the time attack went well, the race pace is strong, but we\u2019ll need to manage the tyres carefully because it\u2019s very hot and the grip is low. We\u2019re on the right path\u2014there are still a few things to improve, but we\u2019re there. Ready for tomorrow!\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
