GARA ARAGÓN GP: LÓPEZ IN TOP 10, MENTRE VIETTI CHIUDE FUORI DALLA ZONA PUNTI
La domenica del Gran Premio di Aragona si è conclusa con Alonso López in decima posizione e Celestino Vietti diciottesimo, al termine di una gara resa particolarmente impegnativa dalle elevate temperature che hanno caratterizzato il weekend al circuito del MotorLand Aragón.
Buona la partenza per Alonso, che ha saputo sfruttare al meglio le fasi iniziali della gara, risalendo rapidamente fino alla top 5 anche grazie agli episodi di gara che hanno coinvolto Holgado e D. Alonso. Il pilota madrileno ha poi gestito la corsa con intelligenza, concentrandosi sulla conservazione delle gomme e cercando di mantenere un ritmo costante nonostante le condizioni estreme. Una prestazione complessivamente solida, che gli ha permesso di portare a casa un’importante decima posizione.
Più difficile invece la gara di Celestino, che ha faticato a trovare il giusto passo e non è riuscito a risalire il gruppo. Nonostante l’impegno fino alla bandiera a scacchi, il pilota di Ciriè ha chiuso in diciottesima posizione.
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 10°
“È stata una gara dura ma positiva sotto molti aspetti. In generale, sto ricominciando a sentire quel feeling che mi mancava da un po’. Stiamo capendo la direzione da seguire per fare un ulteriore passo avanti e questo è l’aspetto più importante del weekend. C’è ancora margine, ma vedo segnali incoraggianti e con il lavoro che stiamo facendo insieme al team, sono certo che i risultati continueranno a migliorare”.
CELESTINO VIETTI #13: 18°
“Un weekend no. Abbiamo fatto fatica e la qualifica di ieri non ci ha dato una mano. Non mi aspettavo di fare così tanta fatica anche in gara, abbiamo perso molte posizioni e non siamo stati per niente competitivi. Ora bisogna lasciar sbollire la delusione e concentrarci sul test, che sarà fondamentale per trovare soluzioni utili a renderci più costanti ed efficaci. Mi dispiace per la squadra; cercheremo di fare meglio alla prossima”.

The Sunday of the Aragón Grand Prix ended with Alonso López in tenth position and Celestino Vietti eighteenth, after a particularly challenging race due to the high temperatures that characterized the weekend at the MotorLand Aragón.
Alonso had a good start, making the most of the early stages of the race to quickly climb into the top 5, also aided by incidents involving Holgado and D. Alonso. The Madrilenian rider then managed the race smartly, focusing on tire preservation and trying to maintain a consistent pace despite the extreme conditions. A solid performance overall, which allowed him to bring home a valuable tenth place.
It was a tougher race for Celestino, who struggled to find the right rhythm and couldn’t make his way up through the field. Despite his efforts until the checkered flag, the rider from Ciriè finished in eighteenth position.
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 10th
“It was a tough race but positive in many ways. Overall, I’m starting to feel that feeling I’ve been missing for a while. We’re understanding the direction we need to take to make further progress, and that’s the most important aspect of the weekend. There’s still room for improvement, but I see encouraging signs, and with the work we’re doing together with the team, I’m confident the results will keep getting better”.
CELESTINO VIETTI #13: 18th
“A tough weekend. We struggled, and yesterday’s qualifying didn’t help. I didn’t expect to have such a hard time during the race as well, we lost a lot of positions and weren’t competitive at all. Now we need to let the disappointment fade and focus on the test, which will be crucial to finding useful solutions to make us more consistent and effective. I’m sorry for the team; we’ll try to do better next time”.
