ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 2nd in 1’33.981

“Obviously, I’m very happy with today’s qualifying, I really didn’t expect to finish second. In the end I managed to do a good lap and finish in the front row. I feel good even though we have to fix a couple of things for tomorrow but we are prepared to have a great race tomorrow!”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 12th in 1’34.421

“Slowly the sensations are changing for the better. A crash this morning while we were fast made us lose our pace and we moved on to Q1. The goal was to move to Q2 and luckily we made it with a good time. Then in Q2 the sensations were not entirely optimal but we did everything possible to conclude them well. In the end we start twelfth tomorrow and with a good enough pace that we will try to improve during the warm up”.
