PROVE LIBERE: CONDIZIONI MISTE A MISANO, ALDEGUER P10 NAVARRO P18

Tempo incerto e condizioni miste della pista hanno caratterizzato la prima giornata di libere del Gran Premio del Made in Italy e dell’Emilia Romagna, in programma questa domenica al Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”.

Navarro e Aldeguer hanno affrontato le FP1 del mattino sul bagnato concludendo la sessione rispettivamente in p16 e p17 entrambi con buone sensazioni.

Turno più complicato nel pomeriggio in cui a metà prova i piloti sono rientrati ai box per sostituire le “rain” con le “slick” perché la pista si stava piano piano asciugando. Primo tempo per Navarro sul bagnato che però non riesce a trovare lo stesso feeling nella seconda metà della sessione con pista in parte asciutta e in parte bagnata. Jorge nel suo ultimo giro, il suo più veloce, è stato costretto a chiudere il gas a causa della bandiera gialla. P18 a fine giornata per la squadra nove.

Inizio molto positivo per Fermín che dimostra di poter guidare bene la sua Boscoscuro in ogni condizione. Bene sul bagnato, benissimo su pista quasi asciutta dove proprio all’ultimo giro delle FP2 segna il suo miglior crono in 1’42.693 guadagnandosi la decima posizione.

JORGE NAVARRO #9: 18^° in 1’43.679

“Un giorno strano per le condizioni. Mi son trovato molto bene sul bagnato questa mattina, anche se le condizioni di guida non erano facili. Durante la prova ho fatto un bel salvataggio evitando la caduta, ma provocando una lieve distorsione alla caviglia rallentando così la progressione nel turno del mattino. Nelle Fp2 molto bene sul bagnato, eravamo in prima posizione prima di mettere le slick perché la pista si stava asciugando, ma poi con la pista metà asciutta e metà bagnata non ho trovato subito un buon feeling. Al penultimo giro sono uscito dalla linea rischiando moltissimo e all’ultimo invece c’era la bandiera gialla che mi ha costretto a chiudere il gas. Domani sarà un nuovo giorno, ce la metteremo tutta per fare una buona qualifica!”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 10^° in 1’42.693

“La verità è che questo primo giorno è andato molto bene e sia in condizioni bagnate che asciutte ci siamo difesi abbastanza bene. I pochi giri fatti con pista in condizioni miste sono andati molto bene, avevo un buon feeling con la moto e con la pista. E quindi niente, vediamo domani come sarà il meteo, ad ogni modo noi continuiamo a lavorare e ad imparare più che motivati”.

FREE PRACTICES: MIXED CONDITIONS AT MISANO, ALDEGUER P10 NAVARRO P18

Uncertain weather and mixed track conditions characterized the first day of free practices of the Gran Premio del Made in Italy e dell’Emilia Romagna, scheduled for this Sunday at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”.

Navarro and Aldeguer faced the FP1 in the morning in the wet ending the session respectively in p16 and p17 both with good sensations.

It was a more complicated session in the afternoon when the riders returned to the garage midway through the session to replace the rain ones with the slicks because the track was slowly drying. First chrono for Navarro in the wet but he cannot find the same feeling in the second half of the session with the track partly dry and partly wet. Jorge on his last lap, his fastest, was forced to turn off the gas due to the yellow flag. P18 at the end of the day for squad nine.

Very positive start for Fermín who proved to be able to ride his Boscoscuro bike well in all conditions. Good in the wet, very well on an almost dry track where on the last lap of FP2 he set his best time in 1’42.693, earning the tenth position.

JORGE NAVARRO #9: 18^th in 1’43.679

“A strange day for the conditions. I felt very good in the wet this morning, even if the driving conditions were not easy. During the session I made a nice save avoiding the crash, but causing a slight ankle sprain thus slowing down the progression in the morning FP. In FP2 very well in the wet, we were in first position before putting on the slicks because the track was drying, but then with the track half dry and half wet I didn’t immediately find a good feeling. On the penultimate lap I went off the line risking a lot and on the last lap there was the yellow flag that forced me to turn off the gas. Tomorrow will be a new day, we will do our best to get a good qualifying!”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 10^th in 1’42.693

“The truth is that this first day went very well and in both wet and dry conditions we defended ourselves quite well. The few laps made on the track in mixed conditions went very well, I had a good feeling with the bike and with the track. And so nothing, let’s see how the weather will be tomorrow, in any case we continue to work and learn more than motivated”.
