GARA: SOLIDA PRESTAZIONE E UNDICESIMO POSTO PER NAVARRO NEL GRAN PREMI DE CATALUNYA

MB Conveyors SpeedUp termina il Gran Premi de Catalunya con l’undicesimo posto di Jorge Navarro ed il ventunesimo del giovane Alonso Lopez.

Gara difficile per Navarro ma che ha saputo gestire bene concludendo un weekend di alti e bassi con una prestazione solida. Il numero nove è partito dalla quarta fila, in dodicesima posizione. Una partenza tortuosa, in cui ha subito qualche attacco e a serbatoio pieno non ha voluto rischiare troppo nei primi giri. Un buon ritmo fino a fine gara, nessun grave errore, e tanta, tantissima determinazione hanno permesso a Jorge di tagliare il traguardo in undicesima posizione conquistando fiducia e punti essenziali.

Dall’altra parte del box, buona prestazione di Alonso Lopez. Un feeling ancora da migliorare per il debuttante, ma in gara Lopez ha confermato la sua crescita dopo un weekend impegnativo concludendo con un buon ventunesimo posto.

JORGE NAVARRO #9: 11^°

“Gara complicata già dai primi giri perché con le alte temperature non riuscivo a trovare il feeling. Stavo in un gruppo di piloti in cui non riuscivo ad avanzare per il troppo rischio soprattutto in frenata, così ho preferito essere più cauto e aspettare il momento giusto per superare. Alla fine ho finito undicesimo, non è un gran risultato però oggi era importante finire la gara, raccogliere dati e andare via dal circuito con il morale alto per affrontare le prossime due gare di questo mese al massimo!”.

ALONSO LOPEZ #2: 21°

“Alla fine sono abbastanza contento con il lavoro fatto in gara perché abbiamo girato più o meno con lo stesso ritmo di questi giorni ma la condizioni della pista erano peggiori e quindi questo è il punto positivo. Nella prima parte della gara avrei potuto girare più forte ma davanti avevo dei piloti che non riuscivo a sorpassare perché erano più veloci di me nel quarto settore. Infine credo che abbiamo appreso molto in questi giorni e ringrazio ancora una volta Luca per l’opportunità, gli sponsor tutti e la mia squadra per l’ottimo lavoro svolto”.

RACE: SOLID PERFORMANCE AND ELEVENTH PLACE FOR NAVARRO IN THE GRAND PREMI DE CATALUNYA

MB Conveyors SpeedUp has just ended the Gran Premi de Catalunya with the eleventh place of Jorge Navarro and the twenty-first of the young Alonso Lopez.

Difficult race for Navarro but that was able to manage well by concluding a weekend of ups and downs with a solid performance. The number nine started from the fourth row, in twelfth position. A tough start, in which he suffered some attacks and with the full tank he did not want to risk too much in the first laps. A good pace until the end of the race, no serious mistakes, and a lot of determination allowed Jorge to cross the finish line in eleventh position, gaining confidence and essential points.

On the other side of the box, good race also for Alonso Lopez. A feeling still to improve for the rookie, but in the race, Lopez confirmed his growth after a demanding weekend, finishing with a good twenty-first place.

JORGE NAVARRO # 9: 11^th

“Complicated race from the first laps because with the high temperatures I couldn’t find the feeling. I was in a group of riders where I couldn’t move forward due to too much risk, especially under braking, so I preferred to be more conservative and wait for the right moment to overtake. In the end I finished eleventh, it’s not a great result but today it was important to finish the race, collect data and leave the circuit with high morale to face the next two races of this month at the most!”.

ALONSO LOPEZ #2: 21^st

“In the end I am quite happy with the work done in the race because we rode more or less at the same pace as these days but the track conditions were worse and so this is the positive point. In the first part of the race I could have lapped faster but I had riders ahead of me who I couldn’t overtake because they were faster than me in the fourth sector. Finally, I think we have learned a lot in recent days and I thank Luca once again for the opportunity, all the sponsors and my team for the excellent work done”.
